In my cooking classes, we come together to slow down, connect, and create. It’s not just about following recipes — it’s about presence, intention, and joy.
Rooted in my Asian heritage and my love for mindful rituals, these workshops center around my favorite dish:
vegetarian or vegan baozi — soft steamed buns filled with flavor, warmth, and tradition.
For me, making baozi has always been a social ritual.
Growing up in Switzerland, this dish kept me connected to my roots. In my family, baozi was something we made together — gathered around the kitchen table, folding dough, sharing stories, laughing. I’ve passed on this tradition to friends, and now I’m excited to share it with you.

A minimum of 2 participants are required for the class to take place.
