
Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between LIN Collective, Linda Wang, Riedhofstrasse 245, 8049 Zürich (hereinafter “LIN Collective”) and its clients/participants. By booking a service or event, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
LIN Collective offers, among others:

Personal Coaching & Mentoring

Business Consulting
-
Retreats & Workshops
-
Cooking Classes
-
Breathwork & Healing Sessions
The exact scope of services is defined in the respective offer.
3. Booking & Payment
-
Bookings are made via the website or in writing by e-mail.

The contract is concluded upon confirmation by LIN Collective.

Payment is due in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Retreats & Workshops
-
If a retreat or workshop is cancelled by LIN Collective (e.g. illness), the full amount will be refunded.

In case of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, official orders, pandemics, strikes), there is no entitlement to a refund. The event will be rescheduled or credited towards a future offer. Further claims are excluded.
Cooking Classes & Small Workshops
-
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
-
For later cancellations or no-shows, no refund will be given.

If the class is cancelled by LIN Collective, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
Coaching & Consulting Sessions
-
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance free of charge.
-
For later cancellations or no-shows, the session will be forfeited without refund.
5. Disclaimer
-
Coaching, retreats, and workshops are not medical or psychotherapeutic treatments and do not replace them.
-
Each participant is fully responsible for their own physical and mental health.
-
LIN Collective is not liable for damages caused by participants’ own behavior or by force majeure.
6. Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is important to us. For details, please refer to our privacy policy
7. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
-
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
